Refund and Return Policy – Imperfect Studios
At Imperfect Studios, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return.
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee based on the item price (excluding shipping) will be applied to all approved returns.
• To start a return, email admin@theimperfectstudios.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval. Returns not shipped within 14 days of approval may be cancelled.
• Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
• Imperfect Studios provides a prepaid return label for all approved returns at no charge to the customer.
• Please use the original packaging where possible to ensure the safe return of the item and to avoid additional shipping costs.
• The provided label must be used as issued. If you choose to use a different carrier, upgrade to a faster service, or use packaging that results in a higher shipping cost than the provided label, the additional cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will reflect the item price minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@theimperfectstudios.com with a photo of the damage.
• Once we receive your photo and confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge. You will have 14 days from the date of label issuance to ship the item back.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional charge, based on your preference.
• No restocking fee will be charged on confirmed defective or damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
• Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of a confirmed defect or damage (see Damaged or Defective Items above).
• Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Final sale status will be clearly noted on the product listing at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
• We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund following the process above, then place a new order for the item you want.
