Shipping Policy – Imperfect Studios

At Imperfect Studios, we want your order to reach you safely and on time.

Order Types

• Pre-Made Items: Items currently in stock will be shipped within 5 business days of your order being placed.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are made to order and may take up to 60 days to ship. Pre-order status will be noted on the product listing. Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned except in the case of a defective item.

Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all outbound shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
• Imperfect Studios provides a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns at no charge to the customer.
• The provided label must be used as issued. Please use the original packaging where possible to ensure safe return of the item and to avoid additional shipping costs.
• If a customer chooses to use a different carrier, upgrades to a faster service, or uses packaging that results in a higher shipping cost than the provided label, the additional cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Times
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, or factors beyond our control.
• Pre-orders may take up to 60 days to arrive from the order date.

Damaged or Defective Items
• Imperfect Studios stands behind the quality of every item we ship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@theimperfectstudios.com with a photo so we can evaluate the issue.
• Once we receive your photo and confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge. You will have 14 days from the date of label issuance to ship the item back.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional charge, based on your preference.
